Health Harmony may offer an Emergency Health Profile that allows you to make selected health information available through a unique, shareable web link.

The Emergency Health Profile is intended to make information you select more easily accessible to individuals such as caregivers, family members, healthcare professionals, or emergency personnel.

Emergency Health Profile links are designed not to be listed or indexed by common search engines. However, any person who obtains your unique link may be able to access the information contained in your Emergency Health Profile.

You are responsible for deciding what information to include and with whom you share the link. You should only include information you are comfortable making accessible in this manner.

Health Harmony cannot control how another person uses, stores, copies, or redistributes information after you share your Emergency Health Profile or its link with them.

The Emergency Health Profile should not be relied upon as the sole source of information during a medical emergency.
 

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Health Harmony may allow you to connect with or access information from third-party services, healthcare systems, electronic health records, devices, applications, or other platforms.

Those services are operated independently of Health Harmony and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
